The project was to develop an urban strategy to enhance the city, as well as create a market hall for the community. The urban strategy was to make Portsmouth a ‘bicycle friendly city, which will create a new lifestyle for the city. The market hall is a central hub for the cycling community, providing all the necessary facilities for the city.
